    Balanced Pilates is a fantastic way to improve core strength and flexibility in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Tanya is wonderful instructor who not only caters for all ability levels but who also offers alternate exercises to those with injuries. My overall flexibility and core strength have improved considerably since joining and I would highly recommend trying one of Tanya's classes.

    All I can say is WOW! One of the best classes I've attended. Tanya delivers a well balanced class and really does offer a great service from start to finish. Do your body a favour and give Tanya's classes a go, you won't regret it.

    These pilates classes are relaxed whilst also packing in a lot in the hour. I have found my strength and flexibility getting better and better. Tanya really cares about all her clients. Highly recommended.

    Tanya is an awesome instructor who prepares well and attends frequent courses to introduce new routines. She caters for all levels of fitness in each class...from beginners to super-fit triathletes ....to increase flexibility and increase core strength. I always feel great after Tanya's classes. I started once a week four years ago, but soon after increased to twice weekly and I would go every day if time permitted!

    Super relaxed and friendly environment. I've been doing regular evening classes for 4 years and love it. Has made a huge improvement to my core strength and overall flexibility.
